NAS and NOWS infant transition care can be more effective with FOCUSED CARE that that demand electronic healthcare records (EHR) much beyond the normal EHR:

Treatment information includes Medical and Behavioral plans, Rx (including controlled substances) and orders, Treatment session records (Vitals,,  Medications and Orders, Feedings, Infusions, Finnegan Scoring, Eat/Sleep/Console, Rounds, Care Staff Notes, and Director (Medical, Behavioral, and Executive) entries. Reports are available for each of these categories.

The Billing functions provide a printed UB-04 and/or a report for easy website entry. The patient record migrates from Pre-Admission, Admission, Treatment, Discharge, Awaiting all payments, 180 day hold, and archived (until infant turns 21 years old) phases.
