Technical & Physical Safe Guards
Contingency Provisions
Provides Legal Documentation authorizing care to be provided
Documents Payment Requirements and Provisions
Maintains the records and history of the Patient Vitals, Treatments, and Associated history
Provides access to the Integrated Treatment History
Supports Data Exchange Interfaces with Other Related Patient eHR Records and Systems
Maintains Patient Treatment History Archives (as required until patient turns 21 years old)
