Tracks the medical and behavioral treatment for infants from admission through discharge.

For all infants, but focused on those with Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (babies born drug exposed) 

Uses local  systems (less exposure to internet threats and down time)

Compliant with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) security, access, and archiving requirements.

Provides levels of access and controls by user type and individual. This includes a controlled method for entering and documenting corrections to the record.

Includes patient, insurance, medical, patient diary, and other information. 

Provides labels for infant, crib, visitors, property, and other containers. 

Prints Face sheets, Release of Information, and other documents. 

Lists may be edited for the options (blood type, Ethnicity, Formula options, etc.)

Various patient, census, and staff reports assist in administration.

Treatment session records : Vitals, Medications and Orders, Feedings, Infusions, Finnegan Scoring, Eat/Sleep/Console, Rounds, Care Staff Notes, and Director (Medical, Behavioral, and Executive entries. Reports are available for each of these categories.

Billing functions provide a printed UB-04 and/or a report for easy website entry. 

The patient treatment record migrates from Pre-Admission, Admission, Treatment, Discharge, Awaiting all payments, 180 day hold, and Archived (until infant turns 21 years old) phases.
